Education Services

Providing different educational materials (clothes, shoes, bags, winter clothes, books-books) to rural children to prevent them from dropping out of school.
“Swami Swahananda Free Coaching Center” is being run by experienced teachers to increase interest in education among students from low income families.
One-time “Vivekananda Merit Scholarship” for underprivileged meritorious students and long-term education scholarship for the disadvantaged in higher education.
Imparting vedic education from our ancient scriptures to enrich the mind of the students with highest teachings known to the mankind.

“Medical Allowance” is provided to meet medical expenses of patients suffering from sudden blindness and even eye, heart and cancer patients.
At present the financial cost of blood donation for 2 children are being borne every month.
Besides, Wheelchairs and financial assistance are provided to the disabled.

There is long-term financial support for destitute, unmarried mothers through the Swami Amayananda Memorial Fund.
12 widow mothers from 6 such villages have been brought under this monthly widow allowance.
Since the establishment of the ashram, financial supports are being provided to the parents for their daughter’s wedding expenses as much as possible.

Uttar Rowail Ramakrishna Sevashrama has undertaken sewing training programs and skill development initiatives to increase self-reliance of women.
Improving the quality of life of widowed mothers by providing them with financial assistance.
Regular seminars and workshops are being organized with the aim of promoting women’s education and social awareness.

A 70-member sewing training program called “Swachhal Narindhi Project” has been developed to make rural destitute women financially independent.
“Computer Basic Training Course” is being conducted to transform the youth into skilled manpower.
Apart from this, students are being trained in recitation, drama, dance and music practice.

Uttar Rowail Ramakrishna Sevashrama has already constructed several safe shelters for homeless families, especially women and children.
The houses constructed under this scheme provide them with a permanent residence, which ensures their social security and mental comfort.
As a result of this initiative, homeless families are getting new life opportunities and moving towards fulfilling their dreams.

Uttar Rowail Ramakrishna Sevashrama is helping in the spiritual development of people by organizing regular religious discussions, seminars and worship.
The teachings of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda are propagated through special worship programs for devotees every month.
Also, spiritual literature is distributed to the participants in various events, which enriches their peace of mind and outlook on life.

Safe water sources have been established in rural areas under the initiative of Uttar Rowail Ramakrishna Sevashrama.
A sanitary complex has been constructed to ensure proper sanitation facilities.
Through this project, the health of children and women of the area is being protected, which increases their chances of healthy living and better life.

Religious lectures and workshops held every month emphasize mental excellence and moral values for the participants.
Connecting the soul and body is established by organizing yoga and meditation sessions.
These activities reduce people’s mental stress and enable them to lead a peaceful and productive life.
